Your hourly rate fee includes a ONE HOUR NON-REFUNDABLE HOURLY FEE to review documents, discuss your case, and provide advice. An attorney client privileged relationship is not established during this hourly appointment and an attorney client relationship will only be established when our firm is retained and a retainer is signed by both the client and the attorney.
