Your 30 minute rate fee includes a 30 minute NON-REFUNDABLE FEE to review documents, discuss your case, and provide advice. An attorney client privileged relationship is not established during this 30 minute appointment and an attorney client relationship will only be established when our firm is retained and a retainer is signed by both the client and the attorney.
